Havent been to vegas since the fall. Can we get an update on whats going on at the Harmon Hotel space? Last time i was there they had the foundation set and were starting to put something up.

Jeez, MGM is throwing these things up in a hurry. I was just there in May and the theater was bare steel columns. By the time I’m back in late August looks like the outer shell will be finished. The march of progress.

Agreed w/Bouldersteve on the deadness of the Park to this point. The new theater will obviously help, but they need more tenants, bars restos and retail to create any buzz. The Linq it ain’t, yet.
