In reply to Don. Totally agree with Don and Paulie. We've eaten breakfast there at least 50 times over the last 15yrs. It has ALWAYS been very good -> excellent. We'll (2 "normal" people) eat breakfast there 5 more times end of this month. This place, food, and staff, will be missed by many of us morning folks.

For those of us who like breakfast, and stay at MGM, and like to use comps, this is a loss. The peach and coconut pancakes were really good here. Avenue Cafe was certainly better than average for breakfast on the strip. As for closing the Starbucks, all this means is that the long line at the other Starbucks will only be worse…
